If you are filing a storm claim, the thing that decides how it goes is the quality of the documentation and the estimate. That part is construction work, and it is the part we do. We photograph and measure the damage, and we produce a detailed written repair estimate you can hand to your insurer.

To be clear about the line: you file your claim and you deal with your insurer on coverage and settlement. We are your roofing contractor, not your public adjuster — Texas law does not permit a contractor doing the repairs to negotiate a claim on your behalf, and any roofer who offers to is telling you something they should not. What we can do is make sure the damage is documented properly and the estimate is defensible.
