Manufacturer warranty options
Shingle and metal systems carry the manufacturer's own material warranty. We'll show you what each product you're considering actually covers before you choose.
Bulletproof workmanship warranty
Our installation is warranted separately from the material. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
Written warranty documentation
You get the coverage in writing with the job paperwork — not a verbal assurance on the driveway.
Manufacturer-spec installation
Material warranties are void when a roof is installed outside the manufacturer's instructions. We install to spec so yours stays intact.
Ask about payment options
A roof that needs replacing without an insured loss behind it is a real expense. We work with homeowners on payment arrangements where we can — bring it up during your free inspection and we'll tell you straight what we can do.

Do you help with storm damage insurance claims?
We document storm damage with photographs, measurements and a detailed construction estimate, and when requested we meet with your insurance adjuster to discuss our repair scope, materials, measurements, code requirements and pricing. Filing the claim and negotiating your settlement stay between you and your insurer.
How quickly can you respond after storm damage?
